Outputs & versions
Duration or shot count, number of videos, aspect ratios, resolution, languages and subtitle files. Specify whether cutdowns count separately.
Materials & production
Identify usable client materials and whether scripting, filming, AI generation, voiceover, music and licensed assets are included.
Revisions & timing
One round means one consolidated set of feedback followed by an edit. Agree the allowance, response window and start conditions. New concepts or extra versions need a separate quote.
Handover & rights
List final exports, editable projects, reusable templates and asset licenses separately. Agree commercial use, exclusivity or assignment for the project.
Currency & costs
$ means USD; ¥ means CNY. Identify settlement currency, taxes, licensed assets and responsibility for transfer fees. No automatic currency conversion.
Acceptance & remedies
Check playback, picture, sound, captions and file completeness against the written specifications. Fixing non-conforming work is not an extra merely because revision rounds are exhausted.
Confirm timing after usable materials and agreed start conditions are in place. Client review time and added scope affect the schedule. Platform approval, views, sales and model outputs are not unconditional guarantees.
